Attendance
Q: Is my attendance transferrable?
A: Due to limited in-person capacity, your confirmed attendance is not transferrable. If you are unable to attend, please email wlsinfo@blankrome.com.
Q: Can I invite colleagues or peers?
A: Due to limited in-person capacity, we are not able to extend additional invitations to colleagues.
Q: Can I attend virtually?
A: This year’s Summit is exclusively in person.
Q: What is the recommended dress for the Summit?
A: All Summit events are business casual with the exception of Thursday evening’s event, when we kick it up a notch to “cocktail casual” (jeans are ok!). We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater as Thursday evening’s event is partially outdoors. Weather permitting, the evening event will be held outdoors on a grassy area, so bring a light jacket/sweater/wrap and comfortable dancing shoes. We are offering an optional guided walk around the nearby Tidal Basin and select monuments on Friday morning before the program begins. If you would like to participate, please bring comfortable walking clothes and shoes.
Q: What meals will be included?
A: All meals during the event will be included.
Q: What if I have special dietary requests or need other accommodations?
A: Please let us know of any requested accommodations or special dietary restrictions in advance of the Summit by emailing wlsinfo@blankrome.com.
Q: What if I must cancel my attendance?
A: If you are unable to attend, please email wlsinfo@blankrome.com as soon as possible so we can add someone from our waiting list. If you extended your stay at the Salamander Washington, D.C., beyond Thursday night, please contact the hotel directly to cancel your additional nights.
Q: What COVID protocols will be followed?
A: City, state, and Salamander Washington, D.C., health protocols in effect at the time of the Summit will be followed. Masks will be optional during the Summit.

Q: If I drive to the Summit, where should I park?

Q: Is Blank Rome making my hotel reservation?
A: Unless you request otherwise, all attendees’ hotel for the night of Thursday, April 27 will be booked for you by Blank Rome. Please let us know if you do not need this reservation.
Q: What if I want to extend my stay?
A: If you would like to extend your stay at the Salamander Washington, D.C., beyond Thursday night, please contact the hotel directly to make arrangements.
Q: What if I need accommodations?

Q: Can I attend just parts of the Summit?
A: We would love for you to immerse yourself in the Summit experience. We understand that things come up. If you need to step away, please do so and join us again as soon as you are able.
Q: Will there be a recording I can watch following the Summit?
A: This year’s Summit is exclusively in person. We do not plan to record the Summit for later viewing.
Q: Will photos be taken during the Summit?
A. We will be taking photos during the Summit for use on our social media platforms, firm communications, and website. If you do not want your photo disseminated, please inform a Blank Rome representative or the photographer. We encourage you to share your own Summit photos and commentary on social media using #BlankRomeWomen.
