Seriously Driven:
Shifting Your Executive Impact Into High Gear

We look forward to you joining us for the third annual Blank Rome Women’s Leadership Summit being held on September 19–20, 2019, in Washington, D.C. You will have the opportunity to network and collaborate with more than 60 other high-level in-house counsel and business executives, and Blank Rome partners, in unique exercises that will develop your use of design thinking to find solutions to issues confronting female leaders and rising stars in many industries.

Program Highlights:

Award-winning entrepreneur, Forbes columnist, and author Bonnie Marcus, M.Ed., will deliver a game-changing talk about the nature of ambition—where it comes from and how to nurture it for long-term career success, even in the face of obstacles.

Our panel of esteemed Change Agents will inspire you as they discuss elevating women to corporate and nonprofit boards, achieving the global initiative Boards 2020, and paving the way for our next generation of women leaders.

Take a primer course in Design Thinking and learn the framework for approaching and solving problems in new ways—both within your organizations and in everyday life. Apply these concepts during an exciting, hands-on Innovation Tournament where you will work in teams to develop and present original, effective ways to elevate current women leaders and create a ladder for those coming up behind them.
